At this website, the Integrated Vegetation Dataset is used to show vegetation cover types for regions across Australia. Information on vegetation includes native forests and grasslands and non-native vegetation (eg pine plantations, improved pasture and crops).

Plantation Information Network

The Plantation Information Network provides environmental and economic data for National Plantation Inventory Regions. Data can be queried in the database and viewed as maps.

Vegetation Assets, States and Transitions (VAST)

The Vegetation Assets, States and Transitions (VAST) classification orders vegetation by degree of anthropogenic modification as a series of states, from a residual or base-line condition through to total removal. The VAST classification is offered as a tool that can help describe, map and account for changes in the status and condition of vegetation.

Bioenergy Atlas of Australia

The Bioenergy Atlas of Australia provides access to maps and information on existing and potential biomass energy resources as well as existing industry locations, infrastructure and other key data.

MLA Rainfall to Pasture Growth Outlook Tool
