Step 2 - Understanding 'Station Description'
'Station description' provides recorded weather information about the selected station including the:
- actual site location
- annual patterns of rainfall,
- annual patterns of soil moisture,
- annual patterns of pasture growth, and
- number of frost days
There are three graphs to choose from, each with their own legend and illustrated instructions to help you get the most information from each one.
A table containing median rainfall and reliability is supplied with each set of graphs.
All data from all the recorded years to date are used to make these graphs. These data are then combined and averaged to show the trends over a year.
