Science for Decision Makers: Managing interactions between humans and seals
Authors: C Stewardson, N Bensley and R Tilzey

The challenge facing governments and industry is how to minimise adverse interactions while protecting seals and maintaining sustainable and profitable businesses. A national strategy has been developed that identifies objectives and actions to minimise adverse impacts on Australian seal populations and on the fisheries, aquaculture and tourism sectors.
